However, we cannot control the conditions during shipping, and extreme heat can cause candy to melt. To prevent this, we recommend adding an ice pack (or several) to your order. This will help keep your candy cool and prevent it from melting during transit. We cannot provide refunds for melted candy, so adding an ice pack is a simple and effective way to protect your purchase. Please note that the transit times provided on our website are estimates and do not include the time it takes to process and package your order. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the delivery company (UPS and/or USPS) to transport it to its destination. We work closely with these companies to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Thank you for your understanding.

At Sweetlord, we take the quality and safety of our products very seriously. In compliance with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) policies, we do not accept returns of any candy products. However, we do make exceptions for instances in which an incorrect item was sent.

We also understand that, as a perishable item, candy can sometimes be subject to damage during shipping. In the unlikely event that your candy arrives damaged, please contact the delivery company to file a claim.
